Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

The item must:

-Be in it's original packaging.

-The packaging of the item must not be tampered with.

-The piece should not be damaged.

This is how you can exchange an item:

1.  E-mail us at Uzmaaj@gmail.com and request an exchange.

2. Tell us the reason for exchanging the item by sending us a picture.

3. We have the choice to go through with the exchange, based on valid reasoning.["I changed my mind is not a valid reason." BUT email us anyway. We're here to provide a premium experience with premium products. So Let's see if we can work something out.]

3. We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address once we receive the package.

4. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the exchange shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
